Aufgaben:
During your thesis, you will research current approaches and technologies in the field of GenAI.
You will analyse existing internal communication structures and identify areas for improvement.
Furthermore, you will develop a conceptual framework for using GenAI to optimize internal communication.
You will implement and test a prototype that addresses the identified areas for improvement.
Last but not least, you will evaluate the results and derive recommendations for practical implementation.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Communication Sciences or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: MS Office
Personality and Working Practice: team player, analytical, structured, communicative, willing to learn, independent, solution-oriented and highly self-motivated to bring the thesis to a success
Languages: very good in German and English
