During your thesis, you will research current approaches and technologies in the field of GenAI. You will analyse existing internal communication structures and identify areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will develop a conceptual framework for using GenAI to optimize internal communication. You will implement and test a prototype that addresses the identified areas for improvement. Last but not least, you will evaluate the results and derive recommendations for practical implementation.
