You will support the team with the following responsible tasks: * You will be responsible for developing compelling messages to engage our cloud community of over 10,000 colleagues spread across the globe * You will coordinate and deliver integrated communications about Cloud's strategic activities across key channels, identify story opportunities and promote strategic change initiatives * You will support the team to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and partner with teams from across TSI to consult and deliver a communication plan that connects our cloud colleagues to our strategy and celebrates our success * Research, write, edit and manage the distribution of key communications across multiple channels including newsletters, executive briefings, announcements, blogs, Social Media content etc. * Contribute to the co-creation of the annual Communications Plan * Deliver a consistent flow of internal communications to an agreed time frame * Support of internal communications events including kick off meetings, lean coffees etc. * Build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and communication colleagues across TSI * Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives * Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of communication initiatives * Conduct regular reviews and analysis to measure progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions * Support to prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the impact and outcomes of communication initiatives
