Working Student in Project Manager­­/­­Agile Master Assistant (f­­/­­m­­/­­div.)

During your assignment, you will work closely with the Agile Team Coach to provide guidance and support to the agile team in adopting and implementing agile methodologies and facilitating agile events. You will work with team members to identify and address challenges and roadblocks in the agile process. Furthermore, you will assist with the maintenance of essential product related documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication of deliverables and dependencies also belongs to your area of ​​responsibility. Finally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on agile processes and practices, and actively participating in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
