Monthly and quarterly updating of key marketing fund/strategy presentations Communicating with Product Specialists and Portfolio Managers regarding data/ information requirements Ordering reports from our data provider/ managing relationship with data provider Using internal tools and platforms to source relevant data/information Updating presentations with all relevant data/information, including performance, risk, corporate data, personnel, AuM etc. Uploading and approving content to our internal systems Proof reading of fund presentations/marketing collateral Dealing with third parties/external agencies Creating or redesigning presentation slides Managing the Compliance process for the approval and publishing of marketing collateral Clearly communicating status updates to team members and counterparts Management of daily tasks and duties in a timely fashion, ensuring a high standard is maintained Assisting with project tasks Managing translation process
