PreMaster Program - Strategy and Change Management

Join our cross-functional team and oversee the design and optimization of user interfaces and workflows for B2C processes, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for both customers and internal users. You conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements, prioritize features, and create user stories and journey maps. You will also advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization, and mentor colleagues on UX methodologies and techniques. Furthermore, you will work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs, and conduct post-launch evaluations to measure usability and effectiveness. Last but not least, you stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
