This is an exciting opportunity to lead efforts in developing approaches that overcome sensor limitations, increasing their accuracy, reliability, and efficiency Collaborative and Interdisciplinary Research : You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, combining expertise from MEMS technology, software development, and data science; Your collaboration with experts in packaging, testing, and algorithm development will shape the future of motion sensor technology
Qualifikationen:
Personality : We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration;. You should have a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in using advanced analytical techniques to enhance sensor performance Working Practice : You possess a proactive, independent working style with a strong ability to manage and analyze complex datasets; Your expertise in applying advanced algorithms to improve sensor performance will be crucial to the role Experience and Knowledge : A solid understanding of basic sensor systems, preferably in the field of MEMS, is required; Strong expertise in data analytics, algorithm development, and machine learning, with the ability to apply these techniques to real-world performance challenges Languages : Proficiency in English is required Education : A Master's degree or equivalent in Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with outstanding results
