Internship in Sales - Introduction of a Cloud-Based CRM System
Aufgaben:
During your internship, you will assist in the development and introduction of a cloud-based CRM system and linked forecasting tool from the business department side.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile project environment, evaluate system and reporting requirements and suggest solutions.
In addition, you will execute and document system tests of implemented work packages.
Furthermore, you will test implementations with our global team to ensure the best possible system performance for all users.
Last but not least, you will retrieve, analyze and prepare data from different sources to ensure the successful migration of existing data to the new system.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: strong computer skills in MS Excel; experience in VBA; good knowledge of databases and experience with SAP ERP desirable
Personality and Working Practice: you have the ability to grasp complex issues quickly, manage your time effectively, learn new tasks quickly, multi-task and work well both independently and as part of a team
Languages: very good in German and English
