Job Description
- You will become part of an international and collaborative environment where business, IT, and operations work closely together and contribute to day-to-day teamwork across functions.
- You will support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives by testing new functionalities, preparing training materials, and contributing to change management activities.
- Working on topics such as service process harmonization across countries, service partner management, and warranty processes, you will help strengthen our global service organization.
- As our service solutions expand into additional countries, you will contribute to market scoping activities and coordinate with international stakeholders.
- You will assist with project management activities, including progress tracking, reporting, and maintaining Jira-based project plans to ensure transparency throughout implementation and rollout phases.
- By documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving service processes, you will help maintain a consistent and up-to-date process landscape.
- Along the way, you will gain hands-on experience in service process management, requirements engineering, agile ways of working, and the operational aspects of an international service network.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Information Systems or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge:
- confident use of MS Office
- initial exposure to tools such as Jira, Signavio, or SAP Solution Manager as an advantage
- first practical experience in an international or cross-functional environment as a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a strong communicator and team player who collaborates effectively across diverse and interdisciplinary teams, works in a structured, proactive, and self-driven way, quickly grasps complex topics, feels comfortable with IT-related content, and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- Work Routine: our hybrid model provides you with a balanced mix of on-site presence and remote work
- Enthusiasm: passion for customer service and the continuous improvement of service business processes; strong interest in digital processes and business transformation; eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies; motivation to contribute to digital transformation initiatives
- Languages: very good in German and English
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months – 15 h/week
