Ready to shape strategy where it matters? As a (Senior) Strategy Consultant (f/m/d), you take ownership from the start and help clients move from strategic concepts to implementation. You will work across industries such as Automotive & Batteries, Consumer Packaged Goods, Electronics & Semiconductor, Life Sciences and Power Utilities, combining strategic consulting with Siemens technology and implementation capabilities.

You'll make an impact by

• Leading complex workstreams end-to-end: Quickly understand unfamiliar business challenges, structure them effectively and turn analyses into practical recommendations tailored to the client situation.
• Making AI part of the solution: Assess where agentic systems, industrial copilots, LLM-based applications and applied analytics can create measurable value and clearly explain where they cannot.
• Keeping projects on course: Build trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level stakeholders, understand their priorities and maintain focus when requirements or project conditions change.
• Taking strategy into implementation: Work closely with implementation and industry teams so recommendations can progress from concept and presentation to pilots and rollout.
• Developing the team: Support junior colleagues with analytical methods, constructive feedback and coaching while helping shape effective project ways of working.
• Shaping Siemens from within: Alongside client projects, contribute to internal transformation topics and gain a broader perspective on industrial transformation.

This is how you'll win us over

• Consulting experience: Around three to five years of strategy consulting experience, including independent responsibility for workstreams and client relationships.
• Academic excellence: A strong Master's, Ph.D. or MBA, preferably with a quantitative or technical focus or from a leading business school.
• AI in practice: You already use AI as part of your everyday problem-solving and can judge where technology delivers real business impact. Hands-on experience with agents, LLM applications or data products is a strong advantage.
• Global mindset: International exposure through studies, internships or professional experience abroad.
• Analytical skills: You can develop robust recommendations even with incomplete information and make the underlying assumptions transparent.
• Empathetic leadership: You have experience guiding junior colleagues and actively supporting their professional development.
• Language proficiency: Fluent German and English, both at minimum C1 level, as many client discussions are conducted in German.
