As a Consultant (f/m/d) in Siemens Advanta's AI & New Technologies practice, you will work from strategy and concepts through prototypes and scalable solutions, with a strong focus on GenAI, agentic systems, Data Science and Industrial AI.

You'll make an impact by

• Working in cross-functional client teams: Collaborate with consultants, domain experts and customers to translate demanding operational requirements into structured project approaches and implementable technical solutions.
• Applying state-of-the-art AI: Design agentic systems and complex technical architectures, using foundation models, AI methods and multi-agent approaches to improve customer strategies and processes.
• Connecting technology and business: Develop production-ready code and scalable AI features for integrated OT/IT environments while considering processes, systems, stakeholders and organizational constraints.
• Communicating with diverse stakeholders: Explain technical findings and strategic implications clearly to audiences ranging from senior management to plant operators and end users.
• Driving innovation: Prototype new solutions and contribute thought leadership that demonstrates the business potential of agentic and AI technologies.

This is how you'll win us over

• Academic background: An excellent Master's, Diploma or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering.
• Consulting and practical experience: At least two relevant internships in consulting, a recognized technology or industrial company, or a start-up, combined with strong exposure to data- and AI-related consulting work. Experience at the interface of technology and client advisory is an advantage.
• Technical expertise: Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications and working with agentic AI frameworks such as Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK or Claude Agents SDK. Strong Python skills plus experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure / Microsoft Foundry, and knowledge of data engineering technologies such as Snowflake and dbt are valuable.
• Industrial and architecture understanding: Initial practical experience applying AI to business or industrial data, for example time series, process optimization or document intelligence, as well as exposure to IT/OT architectures or industrial standards.
• International and entrepreneurial mindset: International exposure through studies, internships or work abroad, paired with curiosity, initiative and motivation to help build a growing team and business.
• Language: Fluent English skills (minimum C1).
