ISP HEALTHCARE is a Munich based consulting boutique focused on investor strategy and advice in healthcare, life sciences, medtech and digital health.

Founded by former top-tier consultants we are partners to some of the most successful European investors and perform science-based assessment and strategic development projects for European healthcare and life science players. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, we also contribute with our own investments in this space.

We are looking for highly motivated Associates.

Your responsibilities

• Working on commercial due diligence and value creation projects in the DACH region and beyond (e. g., for healthcare providers, pharma or medtech companies)
• Contributing to market related tasks e.g., review and identification of relevant market and industry trends and market modeling
• Supporting on comprehensive company (e.g., business plan modelling) and competition analysis
• Conducting interviews with leading market experts
• Developing a deep understanding of the business and the industry by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

In addition to outstanding academic achievement, we are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will lead you to develop a deep understanding of any investor situation, and to generate well-structured and valuable answers to complex questions. We want people with the ability to think in logically structured ways, paired with creativity, to look beyond the obvious.

Your Profile

• Graduate degree in business, medicine, or sciences
• Strong interest in the healthcare, health-tech, and life sciences sectors, with a focus on working alongside top-tier investors
• Prior experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, the start-up industry, or relevant healthcare/life science industry
• High academic success (top 15% of class)
• Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Language skills: Fluency in English and German (C1)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
