Working Student - Private Debt­­/­­ Direct Lending (f­­/­­m­­/­­d)

In this role you will be assisting in the execution and monitoring of private equity-led mid-market debt transactions in the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics regions as Allianz Global Investors continues to expand its existing European Private Credit offering across Europe. Performance monitoring of existing investments, including review of monthly financial statements Conduct market research, including sector insights and comparable transactions Preparation of marketing materials, including for pitching and fund-raising activity Opportunity to also support in: Analyzing individual companies, business models and markets, as well as review of due diligence reports Financial modelling and sensitivity analyses Preparing investment committee materials and company profiles
