Working Student - Private Debt/ Direct Lending (f/m/d)
Performance monitoring of existing investments, including review of monthly financial statements
Conduct market research, including sector insights and comparable transactions
Preparation of marketing materials, including for pitching and fund-raising activity
Opportunity to also support in:
Analyzing individual companies, business models and markets, as well as review of due diligence reports
Financial modelling and sensitivity analyses
Preparing investment committee materials and company profiles
Student of Business Administration or related field at Master level or advanced level in Bachelor program (you must be enrolled)
Excellent academic achievements
Strong analytical skills
Proven interest in financial markets, private equity business and M&A
Ability to work diligently under time pressure
Strong team ethics
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
Proficiency in English - written and spoken is essential whilst German is highly beneficial
Ideally, previous internship(s) in investment banking, leveraged finance, M&A, corporate finance or at a private debt/direct lending fund
