Working Student for Talent & Learning (m/f/d)
Kommunikation & Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Based in Munich and reporting to the Global Head of HR, this role at AZ SE Reinsurance is responsible for the development and implementation of core processes and activities related to the area Learning & Talent Development, designing and organizing employee learning events as well as supporting the talent development process.
Communicates and promotes learning and development offers
Supports the team in various operational tasks, e.g. reporting, dashboards etc.
Prepares talent management discussions and reports
Supports the nomination, preparation and follow-up of career transition programs
Contributes to the realization of our defined Strategic Workforce Planning actions
Supports the Learning & Talent Development Manager in designing and rolling out learning offers
Currently enrolled as a student in business psychology, business administration or related studies
Good knowledge and understanding of creating concepts, tools and techniques for change and learning
Solution-oriented and thorough working style, with a good eye for details and design
Proficient IT Skills (MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data management proficiency
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can-do attitude
Experience in HR of a global organization, ideally in Learning & Development would be appreciated
Project management experience
Ability to learn fast
