Controlling for the legal entity DHL Consulting GmbH Financial & ESG Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets and financial forecasts (Estimate), and monitoring performance against them. Variance Analysis: Analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures, and explaining the reasons for differences. Internal Controls: Maintaining internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling costs to improve profitability. Audit Coordination: Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting principles. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating financial performance and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. System & Process Improvements: Identifying and implementing improvements to financial systems and processes. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Main liaison to the Accounting Team (Shared Service Center)
