Aufgaben:
As part of your assignment, you will carry out a literature review on the potential use of causal AI in electronics manufacturing.
You will review process data sets and identify dependencies and redundancies.
In addition, you will be in charge of the implementation of the model training and validation based on the dataset.
Finally, you will identify the main factors influencing the reliability of electronic components.
Qualifikationen:
Education: Master studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: in Causal AI models, Python and MATLAB
Personality and Working Practice: you are an independent, enthusiastic, trustworthy and meticulous person
Languages: very good in English, German is a plus
