Aufgaben:
Prepare to expand your horizons! Embrace the diversity of our international sales team as you collaborate, learn, and grow alongside talented individuals from all corners of the globe.
During your internship in our team, you will not only gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire Bosch sales acquisition process but you will also have the opportunity to take on responsibility for small sales projects, allowing you to learn how to effectively influence acquisition success through pricing strategies.
From day one, you will collaborate closely with sales teams around the world, supporting them in global acquisition projects - from the RFQ to the Quotation.
Furthermore, you will play an active role in preparing for and participating in release meetings with senior management.
With your results-driven mindset, you will take the initiative to independently lead improvement projects, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance our tools and processes continuously.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, International Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Sales or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; first experiences in Power BI
Personality and Working Practice: you excel at collaborating with diverse teams in an international setting, demonstrating self-motivation, good communication skills and an analytical mindset to tackle challenges
Languages: fluent in English, basic in German or third language is a plus
