Internship in Communication and Change Management

During your internship, you will work with project experts to develop compelling video material for internal communications and training purposes. You will have the opportunity to use Bosch's state-of-the-art AI tools. You will ensure that all communication across internal social media platforms is clear, consistent and up to date, keeping everyone informed and aligned. Furthermore, you will be a part of the OCM team, coordinating with external consultants and participating in activities to successfully roll out projects across our global facilities. Last but not least, you will help organize training and manage internal communications for our Global Champion group to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
