Internship in Business Operations and Project Management
Aufgaben:
During your internship, you will become part of our team and gain intercultural experience in a modern working environment.
You will contribute to impactful AI projects in customer service, such as deploying intelligent AI agents and copilots to enhance customer experience.
Besides, you will develop new approaches to understand and enhance the customer experience across various channels, including email, phone, and AI agents.
You will support our team's marketing and branding efforts by contributing to our digital presence and internal visibility.
Furthermore, you will prepare and edit project documents and presentations - clearly, independently, and with attention to detail.
You will contribute ideas and hands-on support for making our internal processes more digital and efficient.
Last but not least, you will bring your own ideas to the table - develop them and put them into practice with guidance from the team.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing/Sales, Communication, Management & Digitalization, Project Management or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel; analytic, automation and/or Intelligent Automation knowledge is an advantage
Personality and Working Practice: you have good comprehension skills, a systematic and solution-oriented way of working, communication and the ability to analyze, structure and creatively prepare complex content; you have the necessary self-motivation and organizational skills to complete individual tasks independently and at a high level; we look forward to your hands-on mentality; you are characterized by a high degree of proactiveness, creativity and a passion for teamwork; project management and business process management skills are an advantage;
Enthusiasm: interested in gaining experience in business operations, project management and digital topics with interdisciplinary and international colleagues; enjoyment of organizational activities and openness to agile and intercultural work
Languages: fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage
