Internship in International Human Resources - Focus People Development
Aufgaben:
As part of your internship you support us in the development and design of our worldwide training portfolio and training content.
You will have your own area of responsibility and projects in the field of employee training and communication.
Furthermore, you shape our community in the Bosch Social Network and develop it further.
Bring your ideas for new learning trends and training methods into projects.
Finally, you will develop exciting communication media, from blog posts to newsletters to podcasts and videos.
Qualifikationen:
Education: Studies in the Field of Human Resources, Marketing, Media, Communication or adult Education
Experience and Knowledge: first experience in using different IT Tools, e.g. MS Office, ideally first practical experience in marketing or HR fields
Personality and Working Practice: creative, communicative, curious, independent, reliable and a structured team player
Enthusiasm: passion for the People, Organization and Culture works
Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
