
Working Student Digital Project Management Support (f/m/div.)
Job Description
Be a part of a collaborative team rolling out and stabilizing a digital project planning and execution tool across sensor engineering projects. Through hands-on tool support, documentation, and structured knowledge management, you actively contribute to increasing process and digital maturity—with results that are visible across the organization.
- You will support the implementation and day-to-day stabilization of the planning tool in Jira, while assisting project managers during on‑boarding phases and responding to first-level questions related to tool usage.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain and continuously update process documentation and user guides, primarily working with Confluence and Signavio.
- In close coordination with the team, you will contribute to knowledge management activities by structuring content, creating reusable templates, and ensuring materials remain up to date.
- Additionally, you will support the preparation of workshop materials, training content, and internal communications in the context of the tool rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Business, Information Systems or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with the Atlassian toolchain (Confluence, Jira)
- Personality and Working Practice: you are motivated and committed, work well as a team player, and approach tasks independently with a reliable and structured way of working
- Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity for mobile working after the induction phase
- Enthusiasm: interest in innovative consumer sensor products and project management
- Languages: fluent in English
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week
