This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Support of the retail/wholesale fund distribution in Germany and Austria
• Support the cooperation between sales, investment platform, marketing and other divisions
• Create and stand-alone updating of management and customer presentations
• Prepare of events, multimedia telephone conferences, trainings
• Maintenance of the CRM database
• Organizational and administrative support of the teams
• Organizational and administrative support for the teams’ project work
• Automation/digitization of manual activities.

What you bring

• Ongoing studies in economics
• Initial experience in the financial sector (asset managers / banks / sales)
• Strong interest in the capital market
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent knowledge of German (C2) required
• Good English knowledge both written and spoken
• Ability to work in team environment
• Enjoy working independently
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
