Mandatory Internship in Purchasing

Job Description

• During your internship, you will support the development of a global category strategy for stamping, laminations and metal assemblies.
• You will assist in the management and processing of supplier offers, including involvement in the awarding process, as well as in capacity and tooling planning for purchased parts.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for independently analyzing purchasing data such as volumes, part numbers, drawings and supporting the global category team in annual price negotiation preparation.
• Finally, you will work as part of the global purchasing team, including project purchasing and purchasing quality.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in field of Business Administration, Business Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: first experiences with AI (e.g. ChatGPT), Power BI, Excel Macros is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at flexibly applying your analytical skills to new challenges while communicating effectively and appropriately across diverse cultural contexts
• Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
• Enthusiasm: for working and collaborating in an international team
• Languages: very good in English and good in German

Start: July/August 2026
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
