Mandatory Internship in Automotive Direct Purchasing

Job Description

• During your internship, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of the largest automotive supplier and work in a dynamic team. You will support us in the strategic evaluation of suppliers within an international market environment.
• Furthermore, you will help us in securing global supplier capacities and for department-specific special projects.
• In addition, you will assist us in the steering of request of quotations, the execution of project awarding and the preparation of price decisions.
• Last but not least, in Purchasing, you will act as an interface between various Bosch departments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: good to very good MS Office skills, advanced Excel; at least 1 internship or job, experience of working in the market; knowledge of ERP material management systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a motivated, independent individual with a structured approach to work; your strengths include excellent communication skills and flexibility; you are outgoing and proactive
• Work Routine: on-site presence is required
• Enthusiasm: passionate about our products and working in an international team #LikeABosch
• Languages: very good in English, German is a plus

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
