Internship in Project Management Support - Bosch Diagnostics Solutions Framework

Job Description

• During your internship, you will gain practical experience in the exciting world of Bosch diagnostics, working on hardware and software projects for the aftermarket segment.
• You will assist in the preparation and updating of key project deliverables, such as charters, quality assurance plans, Market Introduction Gate (MIG), as well as Quality Gate questionnaires.
• In addition, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Bosch diagnostics devices, as well as supporting software.
• Furthermore, you will explore and implement innovative solutions to improve project workflows, such as AI-based document creation, as well as automation scripts.
• Your job will include assisting in the preparation of documentation and coordinating tasks required for product certification, as well as market release.
• From the first day, you will provide support with day-to-day project management activities, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.
• Help us to maintain and regularly update project databases, as well as tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Last but not least, you will prepare project status updates, risk registers and other tracking documents for stakeholders. You will work closely with the engineering, procurement, as well as quality teams to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field ofComputer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge:
  • with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, GitHub)
  • basic scripting/programming knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks an advantage
  • understanding of product development processes in hardware, as well as software is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive, motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you are able to work independently, eager to learn new topics
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
• Enthusiasm: interest in software solution engineering and diagnostics technology
• Languages: business fluent in English and basic in German

Duration: 6 months
