Internship in International Service Business Development

Job Description

Be part of the international service department at Bosch Home Comfort and drive topics within our multicultural, dynamic team, collaborating with service colleagues from various countries.

• During your internship, you will conduct market research and competitor analysis in our key service areas within the HVAC industry, in order to support strategic decision-making.
• In addition, you will develop and document best practices to foster knowledge sharing across our international service community.
• Last but not least, you will support the team in identifying and implementing process automation opportunities based on AI tools.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business, Economics, Services, Marketing, IT or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Gemini Enterprise
• Personality and Working Practice: you have excellent communication and organizational skills; you are able to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team
• Work Routine: partially mobile working is possible
• Enthusiasm: strong interest in service business, AI topics and knowledge management
• Languages: very good in English and good in German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
