Internship Digital Content & User Experience for Global Energy Platform

Job Description

• During your internship you will create and manage our EMS newsletter, keeping our users informed about new features, updates, and best practices.
• You will support the design and maintenance of the EMS customer information page and user portal.
• To further empower our users, you will produce short training videos and digital learning materials, helping them to master our platform with ease.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to editorial work (content creation, storytelling, knowledge articles) for our global EMS knowledge base.
• You will design visually appealing communication materials such as infographics, guides, and presentations.
• Finally, you will help translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging user content.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Communication, Media, UX, Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in digital communication, content creation, and knowledge management
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at translating complex topics into clear and engaging communication, combining a creative, structured, and detail-oriented working style with an open approach to collaborating with technical teams
• Work Routine: your on-site presence is required with the possibility to work remotely part of the time
• Languages: very good in English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
