Trainee Business (f­­/­­m­­/­­x)

As part of our highly qualified and appreciative team, you will dive into one specific business area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as (Strategic) Human Resources, Real Estate Management or Sales & Marketing are waiting for you. With your transformational ideas, you will contribute to strategy development and implementation as well as enable, manage and realise innovative projects within one of those areas while taking those to the next level. During your assignments, you will play an active role in the ongoing transformation and digitalisation of business processes. Further, you will not only collaborate with various departments, but also be in touch with different markets establishing a valuable internal and international network.
