PhD mechanical properties of laser processed semiconductors (m/w/div.)
Create something new: Take a deep dive into laser semiconductor interaction and resulting effects on mechanical properties, set up and work with state-of-the-art laser processing equipment and develop novel process approaches and strategies
Take responsibility: Design, conduct and analyze experiments and simulations, deduce physical cause-effect relationships, and leverage your findings for directing our internal pre-development towards novel product and process approaches
Experience cooperation: Become a part of our highly skilled and motivated team and work in a close cooperation of corporate research and the sensor process development in the automotive electronics business unit, as well as relevant external research partners all over the world
