Master Thesis Fabrication of Novel Optical Elements

During your Master thesis, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of researchers and optical engineers on the development of novel optical systems. You will review academic literature on the microfabrication of sophisticated optical elements. Furthermore, you will utilize and improve established fabrication pipelines. This includes integration of new optical components or metrology devices. In addition, you will discuss a new fabrication process for an optical element with applications in novel display architectures. Ideally, your work will contribute to a joint scientific publication.
