Mandatory Internship in Sales - Introduction of a Cloud-Based CRM System
Aufgaben:
During your internship you will assist in the development and introduction of a cloud-based CRM system and linked Forecasting tool from business department side.
In an agile project environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
You will evaluate system and reporting requirements and suggested solutions.
Furthermore, you will execute and document system tests of implemented work packages. You will test implementations with our global team to guarantee best possible system performance for all users.
Finally, you will retrieve, analyze, and prepare data from different sources to ensure a successful migration of present data to the new system.
Qualifikationen:
Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Excel; experience in VBA; good knowledge of databases and experience with SAP ERP is an advantage
Personality and Working Practice: you excel at quickly grasping complex issues, analyzing them effectively, and organizing tasks to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively within a team
Languages: very good in English and German
