Aufgaben:
How can you make an impact?
Active and independent involvement in HR topics with a focus on talent management
Exciting insights into both strategic and operational HR topics
Participation in the development of concepts as well as the creation of presentations and Excel documents
Support in organizing and further developing our talent programs
Organization of Development Centers, including logistics (hotel, room, catering, etc.)
Support in process optimization and workflow improvements
Assistance in the planning and implementation of development measures such as coaching, 360° feedback, and Personal Development Plan
Maintenance and updating of talent criteria in the databases
Support in the optimization of guidelines
Qualifikationen:
Minimum Qualifications
Enthusiasm for People & Culture topics and project work
Curiosity and openness toward HR, particularly in the area of talent management
Initial theoretical and ideally practical experience in HR and talent management
Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
Confident and self-reliant demeanour
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, along with a strong sense of language
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Responsible and discreet handling of information

Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
