Internship in HR People eXperience & Operations - HR Tech Pioneers

You will support the team with the following responsible tasks: * Help optimize and manage HR IT tools and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance user experiences * Drive automation initiatives using tools like Power Automate, Power Query, or Python to improve HR processes and workflows * Support in the research and design of AI use cases within HR and creating business cases * Support project management activities, including documentation, coordination, and progress tracking across various initiatives * Contribute to the planning, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and meetings, both virtual and in-person * Take part in Agile routines (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) and support Agile roles in the team * Create presentations and collaborative documents using tools like PowerPoint and Miro * Present your work, findings, and insights to team members and stakeholders
