General participation and support in key account management related activities. Design and production of internal (cross-border collaboration) and external presentations (pitch-books and reviews). Support in handling day-to-day requests in collaboration with other members of the team and other functions. Active participation in managing client relationships, which included preparing for client meetings, tracking interactions, and aiding communication efforts. Assistance to team-head and key account managers in strategic planning. Contribution to market research and competition analysis.
