// Work as a member of a consulting project team an strategy, portfolio, processes or organizational topics
// Develop change proposals to maximize value for Bayer in collaboration with the client an the basis of well-founded analyses through workshops, interviews and desktop research
// Manage subprojects together with client stakeholders
// Implement developed concepts together with project team
// Graduated with distinction from university (master) in natural science, engineering, economics, psychology or related field
// First experience in management consulting and/or corporate experience related to life science industry
// Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
// Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders
// Empathic communication & presentation skills, and the ability to foster implementation
// Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
// Excellent command of written and spoken English; German or further languages are of advantage
