Aufgaben:
You will work in the Ad Operations team that focuses on the consultancy, planning and execution of online video campaigns. Important focus areas are programmatic and direct bookings (IO) for Addressable TV (ATV), video and Display. Ensure campaign starts in time and share proof of activation on markets where possible Closely follow performance of campaign and optimise towards RTL AdAlliance benchmarts, full budget delivery and client KPIs Provide campaign reportings at end of the campaign The smartx implementation Demand Operations department is a part of the larger department Digital AdOperations. Booking, managing and optimizing programmatic, IO and Addressable TV campaigns within smartx Checking if creatives and tags are up to spec in relation to the media partners tech specs and tracking guidelines Stay on top of delivery and performance for single and multi-market campaign strategies Be in close contact with media partners, media planning, partner implementation and supply to understand changes in environments Supporting the team with recurring tasks In close collaboration with the agencies, demand ops managers with a focus on smartx integrations will be responsible for setting up Insertion Orders (IO) and programmatic deals within our technical platform. You will know about the specialities of our ad server and SSP to ensure the right setup of every single campaign. Therefor you have to develop a basic understanding of our own tech solutions (features, targeting possibilities and measurement).
Qualifikationen:
Currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in (international) media / digital or a business related field of studies Good communication skills in English, written and verbally. Any additional language (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) is a big plus Time Management: In this fast paced environment it's important to set priorities and focus on output Ability to engage in a dynamic team Media: You have basic understanding from the media landscape Analytical: You can identify problems and come up with ideas how to solve them
