Aufgaben:
Supporting the team head when chairing the 30% Club Germany Investor Group, a collaborative engagement initiative on gender diversity
In-depth analysis and preparation of thematic engagement-related projects
Peer and market reviews relating to engagement and voting
Preparation of engagement meetings with portfolio companies
Supporting on presentations
Qualifikationen:
Strong interest in and ideally some evidence of experience in sustainability
Master studies in business administration, finance, or sustainability-related fields
Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive and creative thinking
Good team player, and collegial attitude
Proficiency in English (both reading and writing)
