Master Thesis Extended Simulation Model for MEMS Gyroscope
Aufgaben:
During your master thesis, you will be responsible for extending an existing MEMS gyroscope simulation model (micromechanic and electrostatic) in MATLAB Simulink sensor-specific physical properties such as nonlinear mechanics and temperature dependencies.
Together with Bosch experts, you will play an active role in understanding the underlying physical effects and the corresponding cause-and-effect relationships.
You will also choose an appropriate modeling approach, such as using MATLAB Simscape.
You will design validation and sanity checks for models.
The scope of the Master's thesis will be tailored to your application profile and current needs.
