A completed university degree in a relevant field (e.g. in the field of business administration or psychology), preferably with a focus on quantitative subjects Initial experience in the HR environment, preferably in recruiting or HR controlling, gained during internships, as a working student or in a full-time role Ability to conduct Excel analysis and modelling, preferably with additional knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or VBA) Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment Ability to travel to lead local recruiting activities in Germany and abroad
