Support the implementation of a new long-term incentive plan admin tool solution line with business requirements Collaborate with IT, external providers and other stakeholders to enhance the current admin tool including testing of defined changes Support the compliant and seamless management of our Long-Term Incentive Plans (e.g. payouts, award allocation processes) and assist with the coordination of all payrolls Maintain and program a variety of complex reports and queries Provide ad hoc support to other team members for HR compensation related processes
