As part of our Bosch Home Comfort central service unit, you will work within a multicultural, dynamic and interdisciplinary Service IT & Operations team. You will contribute to enhancing our service organization, providing you with the opportunity to explore and analyze a wide range of relevant topics, such as international partner management and service process harmonization. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in activities related to IT and operations, serving as a link between business and IT to enhance our international service organization. In addition, you will support a large-scale digital transformation project by assisting in the preparation and rollout of a central CRM solution in our focus markets. You will collaborate on cross-topic alignments between service processes and support process documentation and testing within an agile environment. Last but not least, you will gain valuable experience in various areas, such as service process management, requirements engineering and the management of market and customer needs, by supporting the team of global process owners within the request-to-service process chain.
