Your internship will take place in the Si epitaxy department of our semiconductor fab in Reutlingen. You will gain basic knowledge on the Bosch internal FDC (fault detection and classification) system. Furthermore, you will define and create FDC strategies in the Si epitaxy production environment. Finally, you will perform tests on epitaxy tools to verify the functionality of your strategies.
