During your internship you will gain insights into the development of acceleration sensors which are silicon-based micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). You will be involved in the development of the newest sensor generation. We can offer regularly project related tasks of the following areas. You will get experienced in sensors, micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and application-specific integrated circuits (ASIC) as well as in the corresponding measurement technology incl. the introduction to the current state of the art. Furthermore, you will become active in planning and implementing experiments, simulations, in the analysis of big data, machine learning and automation of measurements/measurement technology. Finally, you will present your experimental results and evaluations about the performance of prototypes or high-volume types to the development team.
