Intern - GenAI Program (f/m/d)
Aufgaben:
Conduct research and provide insights on emerging trends in Generative AI
Actively support managing GenAI use cases, contribute to testing first prototypes, and assist with the development of new use cases across various departments
Support smaller change initiatives and improve processes through automation
Create and maintain structured documentation for projects, processes, and learnings within the program
Assist in preparing internal and external communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, for the GenAI program
Develop presentations, reports, and other documents
Qualifikationen:
Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial or Software Engineering, Innovation and Transformation Management, Change Management, or similar fields
Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, would be beneficial, along with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus
Problem-solving and creativity: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping
A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus
