Master's degree, MBA or equivalent graduate degree and relevant work experience Proven entrepreneurial and/or intrapreneurial experience displayed in a business initiative or large project Demonstrated affinity for media Leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility Ability to communicate with top management Geographic flexibility, as projects are located throughout the world Fluency in English and proficiency in German, other languages are a plus
