What topics can you expect?
You will dive into one specific engineering area within the BMW Group. Together with you, we will select the field of work which suits you best. Fields such as Research and Development, E/E or Construction are waiting for you.
You will be part of a highly qualified and appreciative team working on a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies that will shape the future of mobility sustainably.
Again, depending on your personal background, you will gain deep insights into exciting projects.
With your innovative and creative ideas and mind, you will take on responsibility for demanding projects and complex tasks in the course of development projects and processes.
What is your professional background?
An above-average degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Business Engineering, Automotive Technology, E-Mobility, Engineering Economics, Mechatronics, Physics, Biotechnology or similar.
Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
At least four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.
What are your personal skills?
You are fluent in German and English.
You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion.
You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives.
You master your everyday work with creative solutions and «out of the box» thinking.
