Technical Product Owner - Semantic Services (f­­/­­m­­/­­x)

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data & Analytics and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. Within the Enterprise Data Management Team of our rapidly growing Data & Analytics organisation, you will help our business units to design, build, and maintain knowledge-based systems and shape our semantic stack. Your direct roles and responsibilities include: Work in a team with data & knowledge engineers, software developers & architects to create scalable, reusable and performant data-oriented applications, incl. e.g., document understanding, chatbots, recommender, semantic search, digital twin Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions Drive innovative solutions for data and knowledge management, supporting the full lifecycle of ZEISS products from development and production to aftersales, evaluate the latest tools and technologies (including Knowledge Graphs, Large Language Models, etc), shape our roadmaps & architectural decisions in building up a semantic stack Jointly with our business partners, develop and maintain products, define and prioritize product roadmap and features in line with business goals and customer needs Help the development team to prioritize and develop a solution and solve all surfacing problems considering time & budget Be hands-on and work closely with the team to implement solutions, not just delegate and track. Continuously improve quality and performance while owning products from idea to operations Define, develop and operate our enterprise-scale semantic platform based on knowledge graph and Large Language Models incl. infrastructure as a business service in easily deployable, configurable ways and respond to data and platform infrastructure issues Provide guidance and support as subject matter expert on enterprise search, conversational AI, and natural language processing & generative AI solutions
