Teaching and Research Associate

Academic degree: You have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration (preferably) or a related field that qualifies you for enrollment in a doctoral program at WU. Strong academic record: You have a solid academic background and qualification in one or more of the following areas: Strategic management, particularly strategic leadership or corporate governance Strategic and organizational change Organization design Quantitative empirical research, statistical and econometric analysis (e.g., Stata, R), and / or natural language processing (Python, R). Passion for academic work: You have a strong dedication to writing a PhD dissertation and publishing in top-tier journals in strategic management. Willingness to use multimedia teaching methods: You are prepared to use multimedia teaching and learning formats. Soft skills: You have very good communication, presentation, and analytical skills, a high self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, willingness to take on responsibility, natural curiosity, and are a team player. Language skills: You have strong skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is not required but will be considered a plus. Interest in teaching: You show a high motivation and capacity to excel in teaching.
