University degree in economics, law, project management or technology, completed with merit or above Minimum of three years of professional experience in the industrial sector, service or management consultancy with experience in project management, ideally handling international large-scale projects Specialisation in the areas of program and project management, strategy, lean management, agile/scrum, process optimisation or organisational design Excellent analytical and conceptual skills Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships Strong communication skills and proven client orientation skills Professional fluency in German and English (with excellent drafting and communication skills), Computer literate with practical experience in Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint), ideally basic coding skills and IT project experience
